A woman is being sued for her'sexually satisfying' behaviour in which she has to use Viagra to satisfy her husband's girlfriend.
The suit, brought by the American Civil Liberties Union, is based on allegations that a woman who has sex with a man has to use Viagra to satisfy her husband's girlfriend. She is seeking compensation for alleged harm caused to her husband by her sex-drive disorder.
The lawsuit claims the woman's behaviour was 'improperly performed', and she suffered serious injuries, including heart attacks and strokes. The suit claims that the woman has 'abused, harmed or stolen property', and is 'acting in a reckless and irresponsible manner'.
The suit also claims that the woman had a'substantial history of sexually transmitted diseases' including HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis, and the woman suffered from low self-esteem.
